You can change your order or cancel your order before despatch. Just remember we try to get orders out as quickly as possible so don't delay. 

We want you to be completely satisfied with any purchase order placed with us. Therefore if you wish to return an item for whatever reason you may contact us by email at blithespirittoys@gmail.com within seven days stating the reason for return. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty when we will cover the costs but again please talk to us before sending as we can get a better rate for postage.

Goods can be returned for a full refund if they are faulty or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

All returns must be organised within 21 days of receiving your order. Preferably items should be unused and still have their original packaging and labelling attached. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase cost.
