Returns & Cancellation

No Quibble Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with any purchase order placed with us. Therefore if you wish to return an item for whatever reason you may contact us by email at info@blithe.ie within 14 days stating the reason for return.

Goods can be returned for a full refund if they are faulty or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

All returns must be organised within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to cancel. Preferably items should be unused and still have their orginal packaging and labelling attached. Nothing in these conditions affects your statuory rights as a consumer. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase and delivery costs.

Cooling off period

You are entitled to a cooling-off period of 14 days, which begins on the day that you receive the goods. You must provide notice of cancellation no later than 14 days after the receipt of goods by e-mailing us at info@blithe.ie . The goods must then be returned to us at the address above within 14 days of informing us of the cancellation

We will refund the original purchase price and delivery charge provided that the goods are returned to us in their original condition. Where the returned/cancelled item forms part of a larger order all of which is not being return, the original delivery charge will continue to apply. You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us and must ensure that they are returned in protective packaging.

Please note that if items are returned you should ask for proof of postage from your post office as we reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is lost whilst being returned.
